Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a genuine passion for weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
Coordinate weddings and events from initial enquiry through to event delivery.
Lead planning meetings with clients to finalise event details including timelines, layouts and logistics.
Create and manage detailed event schedules and run sheets.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors including florists, photographers, entertainment and production teams.
Ensure all event timelines are followed and that events run smoothly on the day.
Oversee venue setup with the front of house team to ensure the space reflects the agreed event layout.
Marketing & Venue Events
Support the planning and delivery of wedding open days and venue showcases.
Assist with promoting in-house events and marketing initiatives, including social media post designs on Canva (or similar)
Booking in and taking reservations for public events.
Client Experience & Venue Sales
Respond to wedding and event enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and support the conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Act as the main point of contact for couples and clients throughout the planning process.
Provide exceptional service on event days, ensuring clients and guests have a seamless experience.
Event Day Management
Coordinate all aspects of events on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Manage supplier arrivals, setup and logistics.
Troubleshoot any issues quickly and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in events, hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for weddings and events.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
Positive, flexible and solution-focused attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with event schedules.
